My early childhood in Guangzhou, China involved spending copious amounts of time in my grandparents' garden. It felt mystical to a younger me; I have many fond memories of intricate flowers that bloomed at night a few times a year, and perfect little florets of champa flowers that blossomed and fell into my tiny, impatient hands. With this whimsical flashback in mind, we’ve lovingly bottled this into our potent botanical tonic.

The Botanical Tonic is more than just a toner; with so many skin soothing properties it doubles as a mask to revitalize your skin. Formulated with a sublime blend of witch hazel, champa, and chrysanthemum, your complexion will be balanced and refreshed with a radiant glow-from-within. You can place this in the fridge for an extra invigorating spritz!
Use it to set your makeup, freshen up your skin during the day, and on a cotton face mask sheet to lock in extra hydration. This therapeutic floral mist is completely free of synthetic preservatives and alcohol to ensure that every spritz that goes on your skin is loaded with pure botanical nutrients. We use the all-natural preservative Leucidal (made from fermented radishes) which is approved for use as an ingredient in ECOCert Certified Organic products.
Please use within 6 months after purchase, and store your products away from heat and direct sunlight. At Pithy, we believe in purchasing only what you need. Since we use minimal preservatives and fresh ingredients we recommend you to use your Pithy products right away instead of storing for too long.

Chrysanthemum is lovely for sensitive skin; it has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine remedies for anti-aging skin treatments. It helps to balance the skin’s natural hydro-lipid barrier to seal in moisture.
